OUR APPROACH
From preparation to the final detail.

Plan the layout
We review tile size, pattern, grout and edge details, including how cuts meet corners, doors and surrounding finishes.

Prepare the substrate
The base must be suitable for tile. Wet-area work requires an appropriate waterproofing approach agreed before tiling; tile and grout alone are not a waterproofing system.

Set the tile
Tiles are installed using materials suited to the tile and substrate, with attention to alignment, spacing and required curing times.

Grout & finish
We grout and clean the installation, complete appropriate flexible joints and explain when the area can be used.

Do you handle both floors and walls?
Yes. A project can include both, so the layout and materials can be planned together.
Can you quote from photos?
Photos, rough measurements and the tile you have in mind help start the discussion. Substrate condition and preparation may need an on-site assessment.
Where do you work?
Red Deer and Central Alberta. Edmonton, Calgary and other locations, including other provinces, can be discussed by arrangement.
What should I send for an estimate?
Tell us your location, the areas involved, approximate measurements and the finish you have in mind. Photographs help us understand the starting point. Estimates within Red Deer are free; any travel fee for a distant site visit is agreed in advance.
