OUR APPROACH
From preparation to the final detail.

Choose the approach
We review your chosen flooring, room use and existing floor. Product suitability, material quantities and removal work are clarified in the estimate.

Check the base
The exposed subfloor is checked for condition and flatness. Required repairs, preparation or moisture concerns are discussed before covering it.
- 03
Lay the flooring
Layout, underlay and installation follow the selected product’s requirements, including acclimation or expansion allowances where needed.
- 04
Finish the edges
We complete agreed transitions and trim, check the finished installation and discuss the manufacturer’s care guidance.

Before we get started.
Do you install floor tile too?
Yes. Tile flooring is covered on our Tile service page, and relevant projects can appear under both Tile and Flooring.
Can the new floor go over the old one?
That depends on the existing surface, height clearances and the selected product. We assess the base before recommending an approach.
Where do you work?
Red Deer and Central Alberta. Edmonton, Calgary and other locations, including other provinces, can be discussed by arrangement.
What should I send for an estimate?
Tell us your location, the areas involved, approximate measurements and the finish you have in mind. Photographs help us understand the starting point. Estimates within Red Deer are free; any travel fee for a distant site visit is agreed in advance.
